Outside Sales Representative – High Commission – Telecommute

Experience or knowledge of Automation & Controls Sales/Services/Integration preferred, but not required.

Automation Services & Personnel, llc, is looking for several Outside Sales Representatives, preferably that understands automation control technology and/or is currently a sales rep within the industrial, manufacturing, commercial, engineering, system integration, or IT-Data markets.

Sales experience preferred, but not required

As an Outside Sales Representative, your basic task will be: introduce our automation capabilities and services of our company.  As a minimum, simply introduce our services and make regular sales inquiries – we’ll do the rest.  

Ideally, you will already have a client base.  Otherwise, for a long-term career as our sales rep: Develop strategies, partnerships and other relations necessary to nurture and grow your sales territory.   Manage time and territory to maximize opportunities within the market. Understand the technical aspects of the business. Execute a customer-focused and value-added sales process. Identify and prioritize key accounts with potential from market segments such as: electronics, semiconductor, packaging, bio-device, biomedical, transportation, aerospace, energy, industrial users, machine builders, manufacturers, and integrators. (Basically any industry with automation & controls, IT, SCADA, and MES )

Personnel Services offered

We provide temporary and permanent staffing solutions for the automation and IT markets.

Protected Clients

By registering your clients and contacting your clients on a regular basis, you will earn all commission on all paid services from your client.

International Sales Territory

With today’s internet, think beyond the border.  We have international partners.  With them, we provide services and personnel in any country.

High Commission

Services

Earn 10% commission, up to $100,000 USD on all paid services for labor services - provided you initiate or introduce our services which results in a payable service.   Projects may range from $50K to several million.  ( Exclusions - material, material purchases, travel time, travel expenses)

Personnel Services

Earn 10% commission of the margin on all paid staffing services - provided you initiate or introduce our staffing services which results in a payable service.   The margin is defined as the difference of the paid service and all costs associated with providing personnel, such as advertising, taxes, insurances, accounting, material, material purchases, travel time, travel expenses, etc.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

This is an outside sales position where the qualified candidate may be required to visit, email or call customers.  The rep will be required to present themselves in a professional manner at all times.  The rep will not be authorized to provide technical advice, quotes or estimates. The rep will not be considered as an employee.  This is a commission-only role.
